Midwifery is at a pivotal time in the profession, globally and across the UK. Never before has the profile of midwifery as an important profession for the wellbeing of women and babies been raised as much as it is now. Strong leadership for the profession is essential to take the profession forward through the changes required to meet the needs of the next generation. This box set aims to motivate and support leadership within the profession.
